2011 is here and now’s the time to book onto one of our tours for this year! Remember we only have a maximum of 10 guests per trip, so you don’t want to miss out! So what do we have to offer?
Our first trip is in June to England and some of the counties we will be visiting are Cornwall, Greater London, Gloucestershire, Leicestershire, Hertfordshire and Lincolnshire. However, once you book and pay your deposit, you then help to shape our final itinerary, as we include your own places of interest in our journey. That’s our point of difference. We will take you to where your ancestors lived, worked, went to school and worshipped, not just to the county or city they were from. So it becomes your very own personal journey of discovery, and with only 9 other guests, we can accommodate most requests. You can also talk about genealogy and ancestry with like minded people and share your family history.
In July we are off to Ireland and have booked accommodation in several counties, however we shall be exploring all the places your ancestors came from and you also have access to our experts on the ground to help you further your research and weave the stories around your names, dates and places. This is what makes family history so much more interesting and meaningful.
August sees us in Scotland, and we have established relationships with some very experienced researchers to help us to track down your past! Aberdeen, Lanarkshire, Edinburgh and Dundee are all on the itinerary so far, but what can you add by joining us?
So what happens if I don’t live in Australia? We have been asked. Simple, you can join up with our tours in the UK and Ireland from anywhere in the world. Just give us a call or send an email and talk to us about your needs, we customise and personalise our tours so that you can experience the trip of a lifetime!
If you have ever sat watching “Who do you think you are?” on TV and thought “wouldn’t it be great to see where my ancestors are from” then one or more of these trips could be just for you! If 2011 is not a good year for you to be travelling, please contact us about 2012 trips, remember we go where you need to be to bring your family history research to life.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
